大力培养和发展节能环保产业,既有利于缓解地区能源和环境对产业发展的约束,也有利于促进产业结构升级。金融作为综合调控中的重要手段,对促进节能环保产业的发展发挥着核心的作用。本文从金融支持盐城市节能环保产业的现状着手,分析了盐城市节能环保产业发展过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了建议和对策。
