何开鑫,1954年生于四川蓬溪,八十年代后期从部队转业后曾在蓬溪县委老干部局工作10年。现为中国国家画院书法高研班助教、中国书法家协会会员、四川省书法家协会理事、遂宁市文联副主席、遂宁市书画院常务副院长。1998年,首届世界华人书画展金奖。1999年,第七届全国书法篆刻展全国奖(最高奖)。
He Kaixin, born in 1954 in Pengxi, Sichuan Province, worked for 10 years at the Veteran Bureau of Pengxi County after he switched out of the army in the late 1980s. Now he is the assistant professor of China National Academy of Calligraphy, a member of China Calligraphers Association, director of Sichuan Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Literary Federation of Suining City, and executive vice president of Suining Painting and Calligraphy Institute. In 1998, the first world Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibition gold medal. In 1999, the Seventh National calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition national award (highest award).
