进入新常态后,松江经济转型升级的步伐是快还是慢、程度是强还是弱,需要通过构建较为合理的指标体系进行综合评价和横向比较。本文基于“新常态”的主要特征和“经济转型升级”的主要表现,以“三个结合”为原则,构建新常态下上海郊区经济转型升级综合评价指标体系,运用两阶段赋权法对2013-2014年数据进行实证分析,并结合实证结果对下阶段松江经济转型升级的部分重点方向提出若干建议。
After entering a new normal, the pace of economic restructuring and upgrading of Songjiang is fast or slow, the degree is strong or weak, we need to build a more reasonable index system for comprehensive evaluation and horizontal comparison. Based on the main features of “new normal ” and “economic transformation and upgrading ”, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of economic transformation and upgrading of Shanghai’s suburbs under the new normal under the principle of “three combinations ”, Stage Empowerment Method Empirical Analysis of 2013-2014 data, combined with the empirical results of the next phase of the Songjiang economic restructuring and upgrading of some of the key directions made a number of recommendations.
