把思想政治工作落实到基层,是加强和改进思想政治工作的重要内容。沈阳铁路局通辽分局党委从实际出发,紧密联系职工队伍的思想实际,十几年来坚持以班组政治理论学习活动为载体,重实效,求创新,不断强化基层思想政治工作,有效地提高了职工的思想政治素质,促进了企业的改革与发展,分局党委先后被铁道部党组和辽宁省、内蒙古自治区党委命名为“思想政治工作先进单位”,分局两次被国务院命名为“民族团结进步先进单位”。

The party committees of the sub-bureau were successively named as the “advanced units of ideological and political work” by the party groups of the Ministry of Railways and the party committees of Liaoning Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The branch was twice named “the advanced unit of national unity and progress” by the State Council. .
