我院自1957～1962年共经治小儿麻痹后遗症534例中,重型者59例,今将资料较完整的33例治疗结果及治疗方法介绍如下: 重型小儿麻痹后遗症的诊断标准 (1)面瘫:眼睑不能闭合自如,且有嘴角歪斜者. (2)颈瘫:颈部不能自由运转活动及俯仰者. (3)上肢瘫:肘部不能伸屈,肩不能耸举,手无力握物者. (4)腰瘫:腰软弱无力,不能稳坐者. (5)腹肌瘫:哭时呈蛙形腹,对侧下肢完全麻痹,且有腹壁反射消失征者.
