目的探讨微创双导管超声碎石法在120例复杂性肾结石患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月在本院接受诊治的120例复杂性肾结石患者,对其术后结石清除的效率及成功率进行分析。结果研究结果发现,患者的结石清除率95.0%;术中出血量(167±8)ml,住院时间(11±3)d;碎石成功率为100.0%。结论临床中给予肾结石患者微创双导管超声碎石术治疗后,其临床价值较高,且治疗的有效性及安全性也得到明显提升。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive dual-guided ultrasound lithotripsy in 120 patients with complex renal calculus. Methods From January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 120 cases of complex renal stones in patients with postoperative calculi removal efficiency and success rate were analyzed. Results The study found that the stone clearance rate was 95.0%; the blood loss during operation was (167 ± 8) ml; the length of hospital stay was (11 ± 3) days; the success rate of gravel was 100.0%. Conclusions The clinical value of minimally invasive dual-catheter ultrasound lithotripsy in patients with renal stones is high, and the effectiveness and safety of the treatment are significantly improved.
