关于细胞调亡和坏死的判别标准及其相互关系已逐渐成为研讨的热点.研究表明,p53基因的表达导致细胞周亡,抑制肿瘤形成.在将Ad/p53导人人肝癌细胞移植瘤QGY-9204的研究中发现,实验组与对照组的移植瘤中均出现凋亡特征指标(DNA梯型条带、凋亡小体等).而离体培养的肝癌细胞QGY-7703并未检出细胞凋亡现象.那么,实体瘤的DNA梯型条带与调亡和坏死有何关系?研究表明,瘤体内细胞阔亡和坏死并存,与对照组相比,实验组的瘤体积较小,坏死面积小,凋亡比例较高.对移植瘤QGY-9204中细胞调亡和坏死的特征及其并存现象的可能原因进行了初步分析,推断:在该移植瘤内,凋亡和坏死并非是细胞死亡的两种相互排斥的选择,它们可能相继发生和互为影响.
The criteria for judging apoptosis and necrosis and their interrelationships have gradually become the focus of discussion. Studies have shown that the expression of p53 gene leads to cell death and inhibits tumor formation. In the study of Ad/p53-guided human hepatoma cell transplantation QGY-9204, it was found that apoptosis characteristics (DNA ladder bands, apoptotic bodies, etc.) were present in both the experimental group and the control group. In vitro cultured hepatoma cells QGY-7703 did not detect apoptosis. So, what is the relationship between DNA ladders in solid tumors and apoptosis and necrosis? Studies have shown that the tumor cells in the presence of cell death and necrosis coexist, compared with the control group, the experimental group tumor volume is small, necrosis area is small, a higher proportion of apoptosis. The characteristics of apoptosis and necrosis in transplanted tumor QGY-9204 and possible causes of their coexistence were analyzed. It was concluded that apoptosis and necrosis are not two mutually exclusive choices for cell death in this tumor. They may occur one after another and affect each other.
