江西省水利学会水利规划学组组建会议于1980年3月25日至28日在南昌市举行。出席会议的有各地(市)水利学会(或水电局)等二十二个单位代表38人参加。省水利学会副理事长、水利厅副厅长柏长秀、省科协学会处处长葛书田、省水利学会副理事长(兼秘书长)汤维增、省水电设计院院长张士杰、副院长涂传桂等领导同志参加了会议,并在会上讲了话。会议通过协商,选举了水利规划学组成员21名,推选了组长、副组长和名誉组长、名誉副组长、聘请了秘书、干事。会上宣读了省水电规划队胡广熙等同志的《江西省波阳湖出口控制工程初步研
Water Conservancy Society of Jiangxi province planning group set up in March 25, 1980 to 28 in Nanchang.
