互联网约租车作为一种新经济模式在近些年得到迅速发展,新的消费模式与企业运作模式的出现势必对传统劳动关系界定带来挑战,如果依旧按照传统劳动关系界定其性质是否会出现偏差?本文旨在分析劳动关系与劳务关系的法律界定标准,结合经济发展近况,笔者认为将两者之间认定为劳务关系更合适。
