对152例新生儿~1岁的围产期高危儿作BAEP检测发现,BAEP异常98例(64.5%),高胆红素血症、新生儿窒息、早产均有较高的异常发生率,其中高胆血症,窒息最为显著,且损害程度远较早产儿严重(P<0.01)。Apgar评分≤5分者听力损害较大(P<0.05)。多数(68.4%)患效存在不同程度残余听力。随访29例,24例(82.2%)有残余听力,8例(33.3%)于生后听力损害继续加重,10例(41.7%)听力损害有所恢复,其中轻度听力损害者恢复的可能性较大(P=0.027)。结果亦表明BAEP是目前婴儿听力筛查中最有效的方法。
