随着我国职业学校不断增多,职业学校毕业生越来越多。虽然职业学校毕业生增多有利于从整体上提高我国个人的职业技术水平,但是也使职业学校毕业生就业压力也逐渐增大。为了使职业学校毕业生能够找到更好的工作,有必要对其进行职业生涯规划教育。本文将从我国目前职业学校职业生涯教育的现状以及职业生涯教育的实施策略进行分析研究,以进一步提高我国职业学校的教学水平。
As China’s vocational schools continue to increase, more and more vocational school graduates. Although the increase of vocational school graduates is conducive to the overall improvement of our country’s vocational and technical level, but also to gradually increase the employment pressure of vocational school graduates. In order for vocational school graduates to find a better job, it is necessary to carry out career planning education. This article will analyze the current situation of career education in vocational schools in our country and the implementation strategies of career education in order to further improve the teaching level of vocational schools in our country.
