社会主义初级阶段所有制的四个理论问题即 :过渡时期私有经济的历史作用、公共所有与社会所有的概念、社会主义所有制经济中的劳动力的商品属性和私有经济存在的必然性问题。就此问题有与于光远先生不同的看法。对过渡时期私有经济的历史作用的评价 ,应根据过渡时期历史起点的不同具体分析 ,不能一概而论 ;公共所有与社会所有并没有概念上的区别 ;社会主义所有制经济中的劳动力仍然具有商品属性 ;我国现阶段私有制经济成分存在的客观必然性恰恰在于社会主义市场经济的体制要求。
The four theoretical problems of ownership in the primary stage of socialism are the historical role of the private economy in the transitional period, the concept of public ownership and society, the commodity nature of the labor force in the socialist ownership economy, and the inevitability of the existence of the private economy. There are different views on this issue from those of Mr Yu Guangyuan. The evaluation of the historical role of the private economy during the transitional period should be based on different concrete analyzes of the historical starting point of the transitional period and should not be generalized; there is no conceptual difference between public ownership and social ownership; the labor force in the socialist ownership economy still retains the attributes of goods; The objective inevitability of the existence of the private sector of the economy at this stage lies precisely in the institutional requirements of the socialist market economy.
