Currently, human rights govance in Global South countries faces non-traditional human rights challenges in addition to the traditional ones. The view of human rights govance dominated by West liberalism is already overstretched when facing the human rights govance dilemma of the less-developed countries. The pro-posal to build a community with a shared future for mankind as well as The Belt and Road have contributed new Chinese wisdom and ac-tion plans for South-South cooperation and global govance rights both theoretically and practically, which has important significance for easing the predicament of the human rights protection in the Glob-al South.
