通过对本钢薄板坯板连铸连轧生产线铁素体轧制工艺开发过程进行工艺跟踪及现场取样,对钢板的金相组织和力学性能检验,将不同生产工艺下钢板的组织与力学性能进行对比分析,确定了低碳钢铁素体轧制最优的热轧与冷轧生产工艺。采用铁素体轧制工艺生产的热轧钢板,与相同化学成分的奥氏体轧制钢板力学性能相比,强度低、塑性好,作为冷轧原料,在冷轧生产过程中可以大幅度降低冷轧机组的轧制力,减少轧机能耗,解决了本钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线供冷轧原料钢板强度高的问题。使用铁素体轧制钢板作为冷轧原料可用于生产更薄规格、更高尺寸精度和板型要求的冷轧钢板,且冷轧成品钢板力学性能好。
