在房地产调控新政出台后,中国楼市渐入平稳期,近两月房价涨势略有缓和,而资金充沛的开发商则开始新一轮布局,令土地市场渐升温。在业界看来,以往最大的不确定因素--政策,短期内料不会对楼市施加巨大影响。近期种种迹象表明,新一届领导层将更注重长效机制的建立,而非短期需求的抑制,下半年中国楼市走向将更多取决于资金面的变化。
