肾癌又称肾细胞癌,起源于肾小管上皮细胞,占成人癌的3%,是泌尿系统发病率仅次于膀胱癌的第二常见的恶性肿瘤。早期肾癌无明显症状,需依靠影像学检查来与肾良性病变相鉴别。B7-H4是新近发现的B7-CD28家族成员,在T细胞免疫应答中起到负调节作用,研究表明其与肾癌的发生、发展及预后均有着联系,通过对B7-H4的研究将有助于对肾癌的早期诊断及免疫治疗提供新的方法。文中就国内外关于B7-H4与肾癌的有关研究进展进行综述。
Renal cancer, also known as renal cell carcinoma, originated in renal tubular epithelial cells, accounting for 3% of adult cancers, urinary system incidence is second only to bladder cancer, the second most common malignancy. No obvious symptoms of early renal cell carcinoma, need to rely on imaging to differentiate and benign lesions of the kidney. B7-H4, a recently discovered member of the B7-CD28 family, plays a negative regulatory role in T cell immune responses and has been shown to be associated with the development, progression, and prognosis of renal cancer. B7-H4 research will have Help to provide a new method for early diagnosis and immunotherapy of renal cell carcinoma. In this paper, the domestic and foreign research progress on B7-H4 and renal cell carcinoma are reviewed.
