安庆石化炼油一部催化裂化装置机504/2富气压缩机是炼油装置生产主流程上的关键设备,轴端机械密封多次因大量跑损封油而停机处理,影响装置的长周期生产,经过专题会议讨论,分析了机械密封与干气密封应用的原理与特点,针对现场工况适时对富气压缩机组的机械密封的进行选型改造,用干气密封替代了原来的机械密封,改造后机组运行正常,达到了预期的改造效果,实现了机组与装置同步长周期运行。
