血友病假性骨肿瘤(Hemophilic Pseudotumors of bone),国内仅有数例报告。本病易被误诊为肿瘤或骨髓炎而施行手术,造成严重出血。本文报告2例。例1为男性患者,18岁。自幼有出血倾向,半个月来左食指关节肿痛,凝血象检查诊断为血友病甲(AHG缺乏症)。X线检查发现左手第二掌骨骨质膨大。骨皮质菲薄,髓质结构破坏,代之以多囊样房隔改变。X线诊断为血友病假性肿瘤。
Hemophilic Pseudotumors of bone, only a few cases of domestic reports. The disease is misdiagnosed as cancer or osteomyelitis and surgery, resulting in severe bleeding. This article reports 2 cases. Example 1 male patient, 18 years old. Hemorrhage tendencies since childhood, half a month to the left index finger joint swelling and pain, coagulation examination as hemophilia A (AHG deficiency). X-ray examination found that the left hand second metacarpal bone enlargement. Cortical meager, the destruction of medullary structure, replaced by cystic compartment change. X-ray diagnosis of hemophilia pseudo-tumor.
