本文测定52例原发性高血压病(EH)患者超声多普勒舒张功能和细胞内钙含量、红细胞膜Ca~(2+)-ATP酶活性及血浆钙调素(CaM)活性.结果显示,左室舒张功能障碍(LVDD)主要表现为A峰增高,左房排空指数(LAEI)、峰值流速比(E/A)、快速充盈分数(RFF)和1/3充盈分数(1/3FF)减小,房缩期充盈分数(MF)增大(P<0.01),提示左室主动充盈不足,被动充盈代偿性增强,左房排空受阻;细胞内钙含量升高,并与RFF和AFT有关(r=-0.359、0.377,P<0.005),细胞内钙超负荷与LVDD有关,LVDD组细胞膜Ca~(2+)-ATP酶活性增强,并与舒张功能指标无关,说明钙泵无纠正细胞内钙超负荷和改善LVDD的作用;LVDD组血浆CaM活性下降,并与E/A、RFF和AFF有关(r=0.521、0.414、-0.422,P<0.001),提示LVDD与CaM活性下降有关.
