随着建筑行业的不断发展,对建筑工程造价进行控制和管理已成为提高建筑企业市场竞争力的关键因素,工程造价控制不仅能合理的分配社会资源,还能有效的化解施工过程中出现的矛盾,对材料、设备和人工等资源进行及时的调整和分配,因而工程造价控制在建筑工程中极为关键。本文以建筑工程造价的控制与管理为研究对象,通过分析建筑工程造价控制现状,制定对应的控制措施,并分别提出从投资决策、设计、施工和竣工四个阶段对工程造价进行控制和管理,实现企业与业主的双丰收。
