随着社会和经济的快速发展,人们的意识和理念在不断增强,环保理念是人们生活和生产的重要标准。供应商管理工作需要不断创新,生态型管理方式是目前应用极为广泛的模式。生态型管理方式,主要是指供应商在采购过程中体现绿色化,是实现工业生态化战略的重要步骤。本文根据生态型供应商管理应用实际情况进行了相关的分析,并根据发展趋势做出相关的总结和预估,根据应用过程中出现的问题提出有效解决方案。
With the rapid social and economic development, people’s awareness and philosophy are constantly increasing. The concept of environmental protection is an important criterion for people’s life and production. Supplier management needs constant innovation, eco-management is the current application of a very wide range of models. The ecological management mode mainly refers to the supplier in the procurement process reflects the green, is an important step to achieve industrial ecology strategy. Based on the actual situation of eco-supplier management application, this paper analyzes the related situation and makes relevant summary and forecast according to the development trend, and puts forward effective solutions according to the problems in the application process.
