目的:比较骨性II类错单期矫治和双期矫治的牙齿-齿槽、颌骨及软组织外貌间的差异变化,探讨此两种方法成功治疗的临床效果。方法:骨性II类错病例53例,实施单期矫治26例,双期矫治27例,通过头颅侧位定位片来比较治疗前后的牙颌面形态变化。结果:双期矫治组的下颌比单期矫治组有更多的生长,对下颌的生长有刺激作用,双期矫治组中下切牙的唇倾明显、下唇略前突。结论:对生长发育高峰期的骨性II类错实施双期矫治可取得较好的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the changes of the teeth-alveolar spaces, mandibles and soft tissue between single-stage correction of skeletal Class II malocclusion and double-stage correction of skeletal Class II malocclusion, and discuss the clinical effect of these two methods in successful treatment. Methods: Fifty-three cases of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with single-stage correction in 26 cases and double-stage correction in 27 cases. The craniofacial morphology changes were compared before and after treatment. Results: The mandibular mandibular correction group had more growth than mandibular correction group, which stimulated the mandibular growth. The mandibular incisors had obvious lip-tilt and the lower lip slightly protruded. Conclusion: The two-stage treatment of skeletal class II malocclusion at the peak of growth and development can achieve better clinical effect.
