建设社会主义新农村,首要任务就是帮助农民发展生产、增加收入。生产发展、农民增收离不开金融的强力支持,县级农村信用社是农村金融的主力军,在建设社会主义新农村中担负着“输血”与“造血”的双重任务。
The first task of building a new socialist countryside is to help farmers develop production and increase their incomes. The development of production and the increase of peasants’ income can not be separated from the strong support of finance. The rural credit cooperatives at the county level are the main force of rural finance, shouldering the dual tasks of “transfusion” and “hematopoiesis” in building a new socialist countryside.
