目前高职院校护理专业实验教学普遍存在实验教学没有得到应有重视、实验室管理方法不科学、实验室制度建设不完善、实验员队伍有待优化以及实验室管理矛盾较多等问题,这关系到护理专业学员走入社会后,向社会提供护理服务的水平和质量。因此,从满足社会对护理需求的高度,有计划地提高高职院校护理实验室的管理水平,不断加强护理实验室教师队伍建设工作,促进实验教师实验教学和科研水平的逐步提升,提高高职院校护理专业学生的培养质量,为输送更多可靠的、合格的护理人才作出应有的贡献。
At present, there are many problems in experimental teaching of nursing major in higher vocational colleges, such as unsuccessful experimental teaching, unscientific laboratory management, imperfect laboratory system construction, contingent of laboratory technicians to be optimized, and lab management contradiction. To the nursing students into the community, to provide the level and quality of nursing services. Therefore, from the perspective of meeting the needs of the society for nursing, we should systematically improve the management level of nursing laboratories in higher vocational colleges and continuously strengthen the construction of nursing staff in teaching laboratories to promote the gradual improvement of experimental teaching and research level of experimental teachers, The quality of training students in vocational nursing schools should make their due contribution to the delivery of more reliable and qualified nursing personnel.
