我国加入WTO以后,在进入我国的跨国公司强大的竞争压力下,我国的企业如何面对挑战,抓住机遇,通过构筑企业的核心竞争力,经受住考验,从而获得长期生存与持续发展壮大的动力,是我国企业面临的严峻课题。但究竟什么是企业的核心竞争力,核心竞争力的内涵、特征及其意义、功能和作用是什么,中小企业如何制订发展战略,采取哪些具体手段和策略培育核心竞争力,并将其转化为强有力的竞争优势,从而赢得竞争,这就是本文试图要揭示的课题。
