木质素主要由羟基或甲氧基取代的苯丙烷基结构组成,是自然界中唯一可大量生产芳香族化学品的可再生原料。通过选择合适的催化剂,打断其长链结构,高选择性地获得某种或某类目标产物是木质素综合利用的重要途径。金属硫化物催化剂由于具有良好的加氢及脱氧活性,几十年来被广泛应用于木质素催化转化领域。本文对金属硫化物催化剂在木质素及其模型化合物催化转化中的应用进行了综述,从活性组分、载体材料、反应条件及反应机理等方面进行了总结和分析。在此基础上,指出了金属硫化物催化剂在木质素催化降解中面临的难题,并对未来研究提出了建议与展望。
Lignin consists mainly of hydroxyl or methoxy-substituted phenylpropanoid structures and is the only renewable natural source of aromatics in large quantities. It is an important way to comprehensively utilize lignin by selecting suitable catalyst and breaking its long chain structure. Metal sulfide catalysts have been widely used in the catalytic conversion of lignin for decades due to their good hydrogenation and deoxygenation activities. In this paper, the applications of metal sulfide catalysts in the catalytic conversion of lignin and its model compounds are summarized. The active components, support materials, reaction conditions and reaction mechanism are summarized and analyzed. On this basis, the problems that the metal sulfide catalysts face in the catalytic degradation of lignin are pointed out, and suggestions and prospects for the future research are pointed out.
