心肌血流灌注显像剂甲氧基异丁基异精（ＭＩＢＩ）和脑血流灌注显像剂９９ｍＴＣ－亚锡葡庚糖酸钠加双胱乙酯（ＥＣＤ）需要做标记药物的质量控制。为评价质量控制取决于放化纯度。据统计近年来的一批质量控制，筛选其中３例特殊ＳＰＥＣＴ显像对比，放化纯度数据不同，图像清晰度有明显的差异，有利于增强质量控制的信度。
Myocardial perfusion imaging agents Methyloxyisobutylisosorbate (MIBI) and cerebral perfusion imaging agent 99mTC-sodium stannopalosinate plus bovine ethyl ester (ECD) require quality control of labeled drugs. Quality control for evaluation depends on radiochemical purity. According to the statistics of a batch of quality control in recent years, screening of 3 cases of SPECT SPECT imaging contrast, radiochemical purity data are different, there are significant differences in image clarity, which is conducive to enhancing the reliability of quality control.
