邓小平同志提出的“三个有利于”的标准,一般都认为它的实质是生产力标准,这无疑是有道理的。但这样认识还不全面,应该说,邓小平同志的“三有利”标准,是生产力标准和人民利益标准的统一。新形势下的思想政治工作只有牢牢把握“人民利益标准”(也可以简称为“人民标准”),才能全面贯彻建设有中国特色社会主义理论,适应当前新的历史条件的需要。
The “three beneficial” criteria put forward by Comrade Deng Xiaoping generally consider its essence as the standard of productive forces. This is undoubtedly justified. However, this understanding is not comprehensive. It should be said that Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s “three-for-profit” standard is the unification of the productivity standard and the people’s interest standard. Only in the new situation of ideological and political work firmly grasp the “standard of people’s interest” (also referred to as “people’s standard”), can we fully implement the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and meet the needs of the new historical conditions.
