目的观察鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床疗效。方法选择2006-03~2010-07间,收治的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者64例行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 64例鼻内窥镜手术患者术后随访3~12个月,治愈42例(65.62%),好转18例(28.12%),无效4例(6.25%),总有效率(93.74%)。结论鼻内窥镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的有效方法,具有术野清晰、创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery between 2006-03 and 2010-07 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Sixty - four cases of nasal endoscopic surgery were followed up for 3 to 12 months. 42 cases (65.62%) were cured, 18 cases (28.12%) were cured, 4 cases (6.25%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.74%. Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective method for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. It has the advantages of clear surgical field, less trauma, less complications and quick recovery after operation. The clinical application is remarkable.
