4月2日,教育部职成教司司长黄尧在全国职业教育与成人教育年度工作会议上就认真学习贯彻江总书记《谈话》精神,强调、落实江总书记的指示,必须树立正确的教育观、人才现,努力把家长希望子女成才的迫切愿望,教师教书育人的心情和学生学习的积极性引导到正确的方向上来;必须按照我国经济社会发展的客观要求、坚持数量、质量、结构和效益相统一的原则,统筹安排教育事业的发展,把职业教育和成人教育纳入经济社会发展规划,放到重要的位置。
