市财政投资的建设项目不予资助,三星级绿色建筑每平方米奖30元《东莞市建筑节能专项资金管理办法》已经正式印发实施。2015年12月31日之前,广东省东莞市政府每年将拿出1000万元,对建筑节能设置专项资金进行奖励。对于具体的奖励对象,《管理办法》明确包括在东莞依法注册成立、具有独立法人资格的企业;以及在东莞从事建筑节能工作的有关单位和个人。

Before December 31, 2015, the Dongguan City Government of Guangdong Province will come up with 10 million yuan each year to award special funds for building energy conservation. For specific objects of rewards, the “Administrative Measures” specifically includes enterprises incorporated in Dongguan according to law and with independent legal personality; and units and individuals engaged in building energy conservation in Dongguan.
