首先,我们应该明确一种观念,即知识既是最终目的,又是获取新知识的手段和工具。在这种理念支配下,可以使知识在学生的脑力劳动中、在学生的精神生活中和相互之间的关系中“活”起来,在急速发展的、经常不断的精神财富的交流中“活”起来。在英语教学活动中,我们要时刻牢记,英语作为一种语言,是一种工具,一种用来思维、交际的工具。因此,我们要指导学生用所学的语言进行思维,进行交际。当学习一个新的知识点或是新的语法项目时,我们不能按传统的“填鸭式”来授课,而是应该让学生运用所学的知识点进行创造,进行思维,进行交际,让学生在知识的运用中掌握知识,体会到掌握知识和运用知识的乐趣和成就感。
First, we should clarify the notion that knowledge is both the ultimate goal and the means and tools for acquiring new knowledge.
