2014年3月19日,国务院新闻办公室召开《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020)》(下称《规划》)发布会。国家发改委副主任徐宪平在发布会上介绍,《规划》的主要内容可以归纳为一条主线、四大任务、五项改革。具体而言,一条主线,就是走以人为本、四化同步、优化布局、生态文明、文化传承的中国特色新型城镇化道路。四大任务就是有序推进农业转移人口市民化,优化城镇化布局和形态,提高城市可持续发展能力,推动城乡发展一体化。
On March 19, 2014, the Information Office of the State Council held a press conference on “National New Urbanization Plan (2014-2020)” (the “Plan”). Xu Xianping, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission introduced at the press conference. The main contents of “planning” can be summed up as one main line, four major tasks and five reforms. Specifically, a main line is a new type of urbanization path with Chinese characteristics taking people as the basis, synchronizing the four modernizations, optimizing the layout, ecological civilization, and cultural heritage. The four major tasks are to promote the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population in an orderly manner, optimize the layout and pattern of urbanization, enhance the capacity of urban sustainable development, and promote the integration of urban and rural development.
