在麻醉犬结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成心梗以及麻醉大鼠静注心得安和戊脉安混合液所致急性心衰的两种模型上,心脉龙均显示增强心肌收缩力并增加心输出量,对外周阻力、心肌耗氧量和心率等无明显影响。对缺血所致 ST 段抬高也未见明显作用。在戊脉安和心得安所致大鼠心衰模型上,多巴胺2mg/kg iv 的心血管效应与心脉龙相似。
In the two models of anesthetized dogs ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery causing myocardial infarction and anesthetized rats intravenously infusion of acute heart failure caused by propranolol and verapamil, the cardiac veins showed enhanced cardiac contractility and increased cardiac output. Volume, peripheral resistance, myocardial oxygen consumption and heart rate have no significant effect. ST-segment elevation due to ischemia has not had a significant effect. In the rat model of heart failure induced by verapamil and propranolol, the cardiovascular effect of dopamine 2 mg/kg iv was similar to that of Xinmai dragon.
