目的:分析精索静脉曲张患者高位结扎术治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的80例精索静脉曲张患者的临床资料。结果:平均随访6～12个月,2例症状体征改变不明显。结论:精索静脉曲张患者采用高位结扎术治疗效果明显,且符合微创要求。
Objective: To analyze the effect of high ligation in patients with varicocele. Methods: The clinical data of 80 cases of varicocele treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The average follow-up of 6 to 12 months, 2 patients showed no significant changes in symptoms and signs. Conclusion: The treatment of varicocele by high ligation is effective and meets the requirements of minimally invasive surgery.
