目的研究见血封喉内生真菌Acremoniumsp.J1发酵液的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱技术对发酵液中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为3-(2S,4S-dihydroxypentyl)-6,8-dihydroxyisocoumarin(1)、3-(2S-hydroxy-4-oxopentyl)-6,8-dihydroxy-isocoumarin(2)、(3β,22E)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3-醇(3)、(3β,5α,6α,7α,22E)-5,6-环氧麦角甾-8(14),22-二烯-3,7-二醇(4)、(3β,5α,6β,22E)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3,5,6-三醇(5)、腺苷(6)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(7)和2-(4-羟苯基)乙酸乙酯(8)。结论8个化合物均是首次从见血封喉内生真菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the endophytic fungus Acremonium sp.J1 fermentation broth in blood sealing throat. Methods A variety of column chromatography techniques were used to separate and purify the chemical components from the fermentation broth. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified, namely 3-(2S,4S-dihydroxypentyl)-6,8-dihydroxyisocoumarin(1) and 3-(2S-hydroxy-4-oxopentyl)-6,8-dihydroxy-isocoumarin(2). ), (3β,22E)-ergoline-5,7,22-trien-3-ol (3), (3β,5α,6α,7α,22E)-5,6-epoxyergoside-8 ( 14), 22-diene-3,7-diol (4), (3β,5α,6β,22E)-ergost-7,22-diene-3,5,6-triol (5), Adenosine (6), thymidine (7) and ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate (8). Conclusion The eight compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungi of blood-seal throat for the first time.
