德育是学校工作中的一项重要内容,它关系到怎样培养人和培养什么样的人。多年来,学校德育工作面临的突出问题便是老生常谈,无论教师还是学生对德育套路早已是耳熟能详,而德育的实效性却微乎其微。因此,新时代教育已强烈呼唤德育的创新。本人多年在学校德育管理工作中,通过教育实践,参加干训平台学习,结合工作感悟,谈一谈挖掘德育资源方面的创新工作方法。德育资源指的是对培养人的德性起作用的一切因素,包括人力、物力、财力,也包括知识、经验、信息等因
Moral education is an important part of the work of the school, it is related to how to train people and what kind of people. Over the years, the outstanding problems that the school faces in moral education are commonplace. Teachers and students alike have long been familiar with moral education, and the actual results of moral education are negligible. Therefore, the new era education has strongly called for the innovation of moral education. I have spent many years in school moral education management, through educational practice, to participate in training platform learning, combined with the work of sentiment, to talk about mining innovative ways of working in moral resources. Moral resources refer to all factors that play a role in cultivating human virtues, including human, material and financial resources, as well as knowledge, experience, information, etc.
