目的:分析何首乌炮制前后无机元素的差异。方法:用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析何首乌生品及其炮制品中24种无机元素;数据处理用SIMCA-P 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果:主成分得分图显示,炮制前后何首乌无机元素差异明显,通过载荷图筛选出差异显著的10种无机元素,炮制前后何首乌中10种无机元素呈现出不同的变化规律。结论:揭示何首乌炮制前后无机元素的变化规律,为何首乌药材的质量控制及安全性评价提供参考依据。
Objective: To analyze the difference of inorganic elements in Polygonum multiflorum treated before and after processing. Methods: 24 kinds of inorganic elements in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Raw materials and processed products were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The data were analyzed by SIMCA-P 11.5 software. Results: The main component scores showed that there were significant differences in the inorganic elements of Polygonum multiflorum before and after processing. Ten different inorganic elements with significant differences were screened out by load map. Ten kinds of inorganic elements in Polygonum multiflorum were different before and after processing. CONCLUSION: The changes of inorganic elements in Polygonum multiflorum L. before and after processing were revealed, which provided references for the quality control and safety evaluation of Radix Polygoni multiflori.
