前不久,贵州某预团从野战部队新调来了一位团长。高高的个子,戴着一副大框眼镜,两片厚嘴唇间发出浓厚的北方口音,少有笑容,但和蔼可亲,颇有风度才气。 上任的当天,师首长宣布完命令后,范团长介绍自己的情况,并向官兵表态:“我从野战部队来,对预备役部队情况不熟,一切从零开始,虚心向大家学习,望多给我帮带,早日进人工作状态。同时愿意与大家同甘共苦,齐心协力干好各项工作。”表态既简短,又朴实,赢得了阵阵掌声。
