先天性水痘综合征首次报道于1947年,孕妇早期感染受累儿可有皮肤瘢痕、小眼、白内障、霍纳综合征、指发育不全、小头畸形、肌萎缩、肢体发育不全等表现,妊娠后期感染的新生儿可发生带状疱疹。妊娠期水痘带状疱疹病毒(VZV)感染率为0.7‰～3‰。仅根据少量患先天性水痘综合征新生儿免疫学证据来评估经胎盘宫内感染率尚欠敏感。研究分析近两年内13例感染VZV孕妇在出疹后3～7周进行产前诊断结果。
