锦州21-1A油气田原油含蜡量高,凝固点高,容易在油井的生产管柱上结蜡。同时,由于生产流程初期设计没有考虑原油含蜡,高含蜡油井被迫在冬季关井。通过加强油井的动态管理,隔热保温油管的应用、生产流程设施改造和药剂的优化等防蜡措施,以及定期对油管进行反清洗,采用加热车和连续油管清蜡等清蜡措施,辅以生产操作参数的优化、海底管道的通球等日常管理,最大限度地释放油井的产能,延长高含蜡油井的正常生产时间,提高原油的产量。
