急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者因不同危险分层预后不同,大部分患者因复发难治而死亡,其复发难治原因之一是体内存在白血病干细胞(LSCs)。ALL干细胞免疫特征目前不是很明确,LSCs与骨髓微环境相互作用,介导多条信号通路(如SCF/c-kit、Notch)等激活导致白血病细胞增殖、迁移、诱发耐药。明确各条信号通路作用及机制,靶向干预信号通路,可能达到有效治疗某些难治性白血病的目的。
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients with different risk stratification of different prognosis, the majority of patients died of recurrence and refractory, one of the reasons for the recurrence of refractory leukemia stem cells (LSCs) in vivo. The immunological characteristics of ALL stem cells are not clear at present. LSCs interact with the bone marrow microenvironment and activate multiple leukemic cells such as SCF / c-kit and Notch to induce the proliferation, migration and induction of drug resistance. To clarify the roles and mechanisms of various signaling pathways and to target the intervention signaling pathways may achieve the goal of effectively treating some refractory leukemias.
