国外曾报道左旋多巴缓解带状疱疹疼痛(国外医学情报1982;(2):31)。笔者应用左旋多巴治疗3例神经性疼痛,取得良好效果,现报告如下。典型病例介绍1.治疗带状疱疹合并肋间神经痛。患者潘××,女,53岁。因右季肋持续性疼痛9天入院。入院前9天出现右季肋部持续性胀痛,无放射,无发热,服镇痛药未能缓解。5天后疼痛部位出现疱疹,不痒,疼痛加剧。查右季肋部及右背部第10、11肋间见成簇呈带状分布、突出皮肤、大小约0.5厘米的淡红色疱疹,触痛明显。内科及神经系统检查无异常。诊断“带状疱疹合并肋间神经痛”。用左旋多巴每次0.25克,每
Foreign reports of levodopa relief of herpes zoster pain (Foreign Medical Information 1982; (2): 31). I applied levodopa treatment of 3 cases of neuropathic pain, and achieved good results, are as follows. Typical case description 1. Treatment of shingles with intercostal neuralgia. Pat × ×, female, 53 years old. Nine consecutive days of pain due to right-sided ribs admitted to hospital. 9 days before admission right quarter ribs persistent pain, no radiation, no fever, clothing analgesics failed to alleviate. 5 days after the emergence of herpes pain, itching, pain worsened. Check the right quarter of the ribs and the right back of the 10th, 11th intercostal showed a ribbon-like distribution, highlighting the skin, the size of about 0.5 cm of red herpes, tenderness significantly. No abnormalities in internal medicine and neurological examination. Diagnosis of “shingles with intercostal neuralgia.” Use Levodopa 0.25g each time, each
