The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is a very important meeting held in the crucial period of building an overall well-to-do society in our country. Studying and implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is the primary political task for the entire party and the whole country at present and for a period to come. Discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels should conscientiously study, profoundly understand and comprehensively grasp the spirit of the plenary session, closely combine the actual conditions of work, clarify the task requirements and do a good job in implementing them.
