目的了解某焦油企业存在的职业病危害因素与接触有害因素员工的健康情况,为企业防治职业病提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对某焦油企业2010年职业病危害因素检测结果和接触有害因素员工的健康检查结果进行统计分析。结果该企业职业病危害因素检测结果合格率:毒物为97.38%、噪声为100%;职业健康检查异常检出率:纯音电测听异常为12.90%,血压异常(偏高)为4.27%,尿常规异常为8.02%,B超异常为10.58%,心电图异常为0.47%。结论噪声和苯并(a)芘是该企业主要职业病危害因素,必须加强防护措施,进行有效的个人防护。在进行职业病防治的同时,还应注意心血管等相关疾病和慢性病的防治。
Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases and the health conditions of employees exposed to harmful substances in a tar enterprise so as to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the test results of occupational hazards and the health check-ups of workers exposed to harmful substances in a tar enterprise in 2010. Results The occupational disease risk factors of the enterprise passed the test: the poisonous rate was 97.38% and the noise was 100%. The detection rate of occupational health examination anomalies was 12.90% for pure tone electricity and 4.27% for abnormal blood pressure, The abnormality was 8.02%, the abnormal B-wave was 10.58%, and the abnormal ECG was 0.47%. Conclusions Noise and benzo (a) pyrene are the main occupational hazards in this enterprise. Protective measures must be strengthened and effective personal protection should be implemented. In the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases at the same time, we should also pay attention to cardiovascular and other related diseases and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
