湖南省实际利用外商直接投资对其经济增长的贡献表现在诸多方面。从宏观角度层面上来看,外商直接投资能够提高其相应产业的技术水平,优化产业结构,促进产业结构,还能够缓解湖南经济发展的所面临的资金压力,提升湖南的竞争力水平。从微观角度而言,外资企业的进入能够增加就业,有利于引进先进的管理和生产经验,提升企业竞争力。外商直接投资给湖南带来的主要体现在资本效应、就业效应、产业结构效应上。
The contribution of Hunan’s actual utilization of foreign direct investment to its economic growth has manifested itself in many aspects. From a macro perspective, foreign direct investment can improve the technological level of its corresponding industries, optimize industrial structure and promote industrial structure. It can also ease the financial pressure on Hunan’s economic development and enhance Hunan’s competitiveness. From a micro point of view, the entry of foreign-funded enterprises can increase employment, is conducive to the introduction of advanced management and production experience, enhance their competitiveness. Foreign direct investment to Hunan is mainly reflected in the capital effect, employment effect, the effect of industrial structure.
