教育要适应经济迅速发展的需要,要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来,就要加快教育改革的步伐,全面提高学生的素质,使学校的应试教育尽快向提高公民素质教育转轨。这一观点已成为我校广大教师的共识,在这方面我们做了一些探索。我校在加强对学生正确的政治方向教育和良好的道德品质、行为习惯培养的同时,还开展了对学生健康心理素质培养的研讨和实践。在这方面,我们重点开展了对学生青春期性心理的疏导、压抑心理的调节和学生自由群体中的从众心理的引导等。我们运用心理辅导,帮助学生克服个人或环境的限制,充分发挥他们身心的潜能,努力使他们的智力发展正常,情绪愉快而稳定,行为协调,反应适度,人际关系良好。健康心理素质培养效果显著,我校学生德育的总体素质提高。今年,我校被评为北京市德育先进校,并代表北京市接受了国家教委对中学德育工作的督导检查,受到好评。
In order to meet the needs of rapid economic development, education must speed up the pace of education reform and comprehensively improve the quality of students so that the examination-oriented education in schools should be promptly transformed to improve citizens’ quality-oriented education in the face of modernization, the world and the future. This view has become the majority of teachers in our school consensus, in this regard we have done some exploration. While strengthening the education of our students in the correct political direction and cultivating good moral qualities and behaviors, our school also conducted seminars and practices on the cultivation of students’ healthy psychological qualities. In this regard, we focus on the guidance of students’ adolescent psychology, the regulation of depressed psychology and the herd mentality in the free groups of students. We use psychological counseling to help students overcome personal or environmental constraints, give full play to their physical and psychological potential, work hard to make their mental development normal, emotional and stable, coordinated behavior, moderate response and good interpersonal relationships. The training effect of mental health is remarkable, and the overall quality of moral education of our school is improved. This year, our school was awarded the “Advanced School of Moral Education in Beijing” and on behalf of Beijing Municipality, we received the supervision and inspection of the State Education Commission for moral education in middle schools and was well received.
