现代公立医院是社会医疗的服务主体,所以公立医院经济运营管理的科学化显得尤为重要,它直接影响医院的医疗质量、投入产出和资产保值增值,是实现医院长远发展目标的重要手段和方法。本文笔者结合自身工作实践,对当下公立医院经济运行的现状进行了分析,并针对问题提出了相应的改进建议。
Modern public hospital is the main body of social medical service. Therefore, the scientific operation of public hospital is very important. It directly affects the hospital’s medical quality, input-output and asset value preservation, which is an important means and method to realize the hospital’s long-term development goal . In this paper, the author combined with his own work practice, the current status of the operation of the public hospital was analyzed, and the corresponding recommendations for improvement.
