我国第一部全面、系统地反映上海城乡水利发展历史与现状的水利志书——《上海水利志》,经过数十位编撰同志上十年的辛勤笔耕,终于审定付梓,即将正式出版,作为江河水利志工作者和研究者,我们有幸多次参与了该志的审定,深感这是一本结构科学、资料翔实、内容丰富、观点正确、记述简明的上乘志书。该志的出版,不仅对上海地区水利事业发展具有重要意义,而且对我国城市水利事业的发展,对水利历史和水利科学的研究都将具有重要意义。
The first book of water conservancy in China, which comprehensively and systematically reflects the history and present situation of urban and rural water conservancy development in Shanghai, is “Shanghai Water Logbook”. After dozens of compiling comrades worked hard for ten years, it was finalized and formally published, as We are fortunate to have participated in the verification of this book on many occasions. We are profoundly aware that this book is a book of excellent quality, rich in content, correct in perspective and concise in description. The publication of this book is of great significance not only for the development of water conservancy in Shanghai, but also for the development of urban water conservancy in our country and the research on water conservancy history and water conservancy science.
