伴随着互联网的发展,大量网站的出现极大地拓展了网络用户的视野,给我们的生活和工作带来了前所未有的变化,但由此引发的侵害他人合法权益的侵权事件也日益增多。如何在虚拟的网络世界找到隐藏在网站背后真实的侵权人并非易事,本文通过广东ZK公司诉叶某侵犯著作财产权纠纷一案,来探讨工信部ICP备案系统在司法实践中认定侵权责任人的问题。
With the development of the Internet, the emergence of a large number of websites has greatly expanded the horizons of Internet users, brought about unprecedented changes in our lives and work, but the infringement events that have infringed the legitimate rights and interests of others are also increasing. How to find the true infringer hidden behind the website is not easy to find in the virtual online world. This article discusses the case of copyright infringement caused by the ICP filing system of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology .
